Every major section of our bodies directly correlates to different aspects of our life. Therefore, we are literally moving manifestations of our inner world. Using specific, targeted movement, we can unblock detrimental beliefs about ourselves and others, as well as heal from past traumas and difficult life experiences. With the help of the Relatives, Healing Movement was created as a safe environment for people to regain the natural confidence, joy, balance, and alignment that is innate within all of us. By unblocking and activating certain areas of our bodies, we can subsequently change the way we think, feel, and move through life. Using mediumship and twenty years of experience as a dance instructor, Laura is happy to bring this unique and transformative experience to her clients.
